I currently wear a base (wicking) layer, then an insulating layer underneath my dry suit. Would I wear the waterproof diving vest between those layers - after the base layer but before the insulating layer? Or would I wear the vest over the insulating layer - right under the dry suit?"We recommend wearing a baselayer or rashguard between your body and the heated vest. In your case, the baselayer, followed by the heated vest with the insulating layer over both. Ideally, you want the vest heating panels as close to your body but not touching directly.
